Timeline

Monthly Construction Update

  • Installation of deck utilities in sector 02. Includes storm, electrical, sanitary sewer, fire line, and water feature piping.

  • Structural steel at Pavilion for level one is complete.

  • Working on structural steel erection for the Pavilion Elevator Tower.

  • ONCOR Transformer Pad was poured Friday 8-30-24. Transformer to be set in place.

  • All underfloor MEPF rough-in is complete and inspected at the Pavilion structure.

  • Both grade beams for the Stage Canopy Building have been poured.

  • Plinths for the actual glulam beam connections will be poured soon.
